Our Transportation Department is the secret to our efficient logistics. Based in the Chianti area, this department manages all small groups and private tours, including maintenance and shuttles.Our fleet has grown steadily since 2008, when we first started with a collection of classic Vespas, and now includes Mercedes Minivans and Minibuses (with well-groomed drivers providing the best service on the market), a Luxury Land Rover Defender, and a variety of original Vespas and electric models. Most recently, we have welcomed our newest addition: the iconic electric Fiat Topolinos, which we were the first to introduce for use on tours, combining innovation, sustainability, and charm for an unforgettable travel experience.

Back in Florence, everything started with Nonna Wilma, the beloved grandmother of our founder, whose love for authentic, hand-made Italian meals and cherished family recipes inspired the creation of the first cooking school in Florence in 2008. Her warmth, passion, and dedication to true Italian flavors continue to guide us as we’ve expanded across Italy, offering hands-on classes and expert chef teams in Rome, Florence, and Palermo.
