Meet your guide and off you go, comfortably, easily, and fatigue-free. Bike leisurely along the beautiful tree-lined Viale dei Colli to reach the city’s most incredible viewpoint, Piazzale Michelangelo, a huge terrace offering enchanting views of the city’s elegant palaces, red-tiled rooftops, bridges, bell towers, and cupolas.

Please note this tour is not permitted for children under 14. Minimum height to use e-bikes: mt. 1,65 (5,5 feet Maximum height to use e-bikes: mt 1,90 (6,2 feet) Please communicate these informations at our booking office. For safety reason, at check-in, Towns of Italy reserves the right to exclude participants from this tour, if these requirements are not met and no refund will be due. This tour is NOT suitable for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. The tour runs rain or shine (but please see below).

Provided that we will do our best to proceed with the tour, avoiding the rain and thus possibly carrying out the tour with our minivan until and if the rain should stop. If it does not stop raining, the entire tour will be conducted in the safety and comfort of the minivan. Since we are aware that the experience running today, might not be the one you had wished for, we are hereby giving you the following choices, to be IMMEDIATELY communicated to our Staff DURING THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

1. Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if bikes are not ridden due to rain, or if the bike tour is abbreviated due to rain. We will do our best to get you on a bike, weather permitting.

2. Reschedule the tour for another day, subject to availability.To request a reschedule, please contact our booking department, following the instructions and using the contacts provided by your guide.

If no suitable date / time is available for the reschedule, you will be able to choose any other experience available, with an equal or less value, or eventually an experience with a higher value, paying only the difference.

Please note that clients' safety and comfort are of utmost priority, and proper rain gear is mandatory for guests choosing to "ride in the rain”.

We ask clients to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure, to check the weather conditions and choose accordingly. No-shows will not be refunded. Your choice, among the ones specified above, can't be changed at any time after the experience departure. Once departed from our meeting point, should you wish to interrupt the tour, it will be your sole responsibility and we won't be held responsible for any form of transportation back to the meeting point.
