Meet your dedicated “teacher” a professional expert "pizzaiolo" and follow his lead. Learn about the origins of pizza, and how to combine the ingredients to make a perfect flaky crust. Mix and measure, learn to knead the dough to perfection and to make delicious tomato sauce to top it off with.

While your pizza dough rests and rises, learn about making gelato. Your chef will show you the raw ingredients, mix them and churn. Also, you’ll master the art of making an ice-cream cone from scratch, and cooking it too!
